Big Hit Music, the agency representing BTS, shared the exciting news on Wednesday, stating that “Take Two” is a song created specifically for their fans, encapsulating the genuine emotions and stories that BTS shares. The release holds particular significance as it coincides with the group’s upcoming 10th-anniversary celebration, scheduled for June 13.
The song itself reflects upon the collective journey of the seven-member ensemble and their loyal fanbase, known as the Army. Under the theme of “take two,” BTS’s latest offering not only reminisces about the past but also looks optimistically toward the future.
Last June, BTS concluded the initial chapter of their career with the release of the anthology album “Proof,” effectively opening doors to a new era. “Take Two” marks the first official group song released under the BTS name since the beginning of their hiatus.
